Rules

  • In order to have everything perfectly prepared and your comfort, it is very important to communicate with you at least one day before, to know the arrival time and thus be able to organize the agenda of the people who clean or deliver the apartments. Pets are not accepted. Smoking is not allowed.
  • The official Check in time is from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm, although depending on the availability of the apartment, it can be advanced if needed. After 8.00 pm, you will have to pay a €50 fee. After 10.00 pm, no checkin is allowed.
  • Check out time is by default at 11.00 am, although depending on availability, there may be a possibility to extend with a supplement of 10€/hour.
  • A damage desposit is requested. The amount depends of the apartment and is mentionned on each apartment detail.
  • At the entrance they will be required the DNI or passports of the guests older than 16 years. Please have it planned.
  • PUNCTUALITY IN THE ARRIVAL IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR ALL GUESTS, for that reason, if after confirming the approximate time of arrival, they arrived late without notifying us of prior notice of that delay at least 2 hours before the expected arrival, a €20 fee per hour of delay will be charged, because its delay will cause a chain delay in the agenda of the person who receives and delivers to clients of other accommodations after yours.
  • It is not allowed to hold parties or hold events unless expressly authorized.
  • Please respect the rest and tranquility of the neighbours, as well as the rules of good neighbourhood and community areas such as swimming pools, gardens, parking lots or sports courts. Otherwise, your stay could be canceled without reimbursement for the days pending to enjoy.
  • In case of damage, disappearance of items, broken equipment or furniture attributable to the improper use or negligence of the clients, the damage deposit may be kept as compensation for damages.
  • As a general rule, apartments are not rented to groups of young people under 25 years old. If this is your case, please consult possible exceptions.
